YTYWY didn’t make the GAC Top 20 Countdown this week, the first time it’s missed the chart since last October 29. For those of you who are counting, that’s 4 months. Pretty damn impressive, especially since the song didn’t have any significant radio play or label power to push it along. Way to go peeps, and congratulations, Bo! Now don’t stop voting – comebacks happen.

Over on CMT Pure, YTYWY has racked up 4 weeks (and counting?)* at #1 on the 12 Pack Countdown. Vote early, vote often.

Good news, bad news

It’s a mixed bag on the video countdown front this week. YTYWY has taken a tumble on GAC’s Top 20, down from #5 to #10. But the video is #1 for a second time on CMT Pure’s 12-Pack.

I know I’ve turned into a broken record about voting, but these shows are so important to Bo. The single isn’t getting a lot of radio play, which makes the video the main source of exposure for Bo’s music. These countdowns are helping Bo reach a country audience, and the longer and higher he’s on them, the better, especially now when he’s about to start touring again.

YTYWY is at #5 this week on GAC’s Top 20 Countdown, and the news is worthy of a headline over there -

Top Three Shake Up on GAC’s Top 20

Carrie Underwood has been holding strong at number one on GAC’s Top 20 Country Countdown with Blake Shelton and Bo Bice in the two and three slots these last couple of weeks but there’s been a shake up in the top three! Carrie still holds the top spot this week but who came in at number three? None other than Josh Turner!

Sounds like a challenge to me. Let’s give ‘em something to write about next week, peeps -

Bo’s peeps have been doing a great job keeping the You Take Yourself With You video high up on GAC’s Top 20 Countdown – 10 weeks and counting. A few days ago we found out about a new voting challenge, CMT Pure Country’s* Pure 12-Pack Countdown. There were only 2 days left in the week, but this countdown allows unlimited voting. And look what we did –

Do we rock, or what? Now let’s see what we can do with a whole week. A strong showing on this countdown might get Bo some time on actual CMT.

Bo’s lucky number strikes again this week. You Take Yourself With You is #3 on GAC’s Top 20 Countdown. Yay! Be sure to tune in tonight and through the weekend to watch Bo visit the countdown:

GAC’s Top 20 Country Countdown host Nan Kelley is set to bring you the final show of 2010. Tune and get the inside scoop on American Idol alumni and emerging country star Bo Bice. Nan and Bo talk about his big year including his latest album 3 and his recent debut on the Grand Ole Opry.

Although this is the final Top 20 show of the year, GAC is still accepting votes. They may all get added up for the first countdown in January. So keep voting!

Bo and Jason Aldean do another #2 – #4 exchange on the GAC Top 20 Countdown this week. That’s four times in a row.

This blog seems to be turning into a GAC TV satellite, but I can’t help it. The network is the main outlet for Bo’s music right now, and the best chance the peeps have to make keep that exposure growing. Everytime the video runs, comments like this pop up…

Bo bice has a song out!! It’s on right now , it seems good , <3

You Take Yourself With You has made the Top 20 Countdown for the second week in a row, coming in at #19 this time. Good work, us! Now let’s keep it up. Here, I’ll let Bo tell you himself.

The word came down from Billboard today via the USA Today Idol Chatter blog that See The Light has now sold 50,000 copies! Great news! Congratulations on a milestone, Bo.

Look for a nice sales bump next week after Bo’s appearance tonight on American Idol and a round of tv and radio interviews in LA. Bo’s latest blog on Bobice.com has pictures of him on the scene at FOX, the TV Guide Channel, and E!
