Hear Bo’s New Tunes on MySpace

Bo’s team have added clips from his album “See the Light” to his MySpace player, so even non-fanclub members can hear the creamy goodness of I Ain’t Gonna Die, I’m Gone and Ain’t Got Money. (Second track down after Witness)

Go listen now!

(Is anyone else spontaneously shouting ’spreading it thin girl!’ for no reason, or is that just me?)

Gah! The new songs sound AWESOME. The production is to die for and Bo’s voice is in rare form. Now that I know the correct lyrics I’m shouting them, too. ;) You can’t help but move when you hear this music – it is just that damn good.

  2. chick Says:

Hot damn. This is going to be so much fun. I’m so excited for Bo I think my big girl panties just exploded.

No wonder Bo’s been looking like the cat that swallowed the canary. Buh bye RCA. Hello Bo Bice.

  3. suedel Says:

These songs sound new, fresh and exciting. The production is beyond belief. I could not be more excited for Bo, his team, his family and friends, his fans … oh hell, everyone in the universe. I’m that excited.

  4. bojunkie Says:

I been wondering when the clips would show up on Myspace…these are just too good to keep to ourselves. The world needs to hear the Real Bo Bice…and now they are going too…Just the begining, just the begining. It is going to be a glorious ride. Made even more fun because some of us are saying “I told You so!”… Even though it won’t be out loud.

  5. suedel Says:

Everything in Bo’s life has brought him to this point, this beautiful dream album of his. I think it worked out the way it was supposed to, ya know. It’s what it is because of what was.

  6. lulu1001 Says:

Oh I so agree suedel. That’s usually how life works isn’t it? In retrospect, even though it was hard for Bo personally, I think RCA was a good thing. TRT had to be what it was to sell enough to make people believe in him but not enough to tie him to RCA for another album.

And, while these songs are infinitely better, I still love “My World” and “The Real Thing” so shoot me!!

  7. suedel Says:

Absolutely. I know I’m going to like “See the Light” way more than TRT, it’s better for a lot of reasons, but I ain’t throwing TRT away, no siree. I do like a lot of songs on it. Bo worked his sick-as-a-dog ass off promoting that thing, I traveled all over the damn country to hear him sing the songs, and how proudly he showed us his gold record. It’s fate the way things worked out.

  8. bojunkie Says:

Yes..what you said suedel and lulu…Isn’t it just wonderful? I’m so excited..haven’t been this happy for someone, something for a long time!

  9. earthdreamer Says:

Lulu what you say about Bo & TRT is so true. When I think back on it, Aidan was born hours before he went to work on TRT. Somehow it makes me think of the serendipity of Bo’s going through hard labor with TRT & now giving birth to this beautiful dream album SEE THE LIGHT as a labor of love. It has all led him to this dream.

This beautiful & gracious man has enriched my life more than words can ever say.

  10. paulam Says:

Congrats to Bo. We sound like a bunch of proud Mamas. But funny I don’t feel like his Mama

  11. BikerChick57 Says:

Lulu1001, I haven’t been shouting “spreading it thin girl” as I’m too busy running around yelling “I need a witness baby!” Oh yeah!

suedel, you hit the nail on the head. Bo’s life the last three years had to be what it is. It’s what led us to him and led Bo to record this kick-ass album.

Bo is truly blessed and I am so proud to be one of his fans!

  12. BoLisa Says:

The world is finally going to hear just how wonderfully talented our Bo is as a songwriter and singer of soulful southern rock. But what makes it even sweeter and a bit poignant is that we, his loyal servants, know what the man has suffered, persevered, and overcome! Get ready, folks! Bo Bice is going to rock your world!

    My sentiments exactly.

  14. Jennheifer Says:

His loyal servants? You do know Besus is just a nickname, don’t you?

  15. BoLisa Says:

    It IS? Bwah!

  16. chefgirl Says:

earthdreamer, I had forgotten that Aidan was born just hours before Bo had to be in the studio to start working on TRT. For that reason, and what suedel mentioned about him risking his health to promote it, I will never part with TRT. Bo sacrificed so much for it, and I appreciate that.

STL is “the record he was born to make” (tm Bo) and I think all the experiences leading up to it have shaped it. Bo, you are so loved by your fans, you have no idea.

  17. u2vixen Says:

When I hear that voice it’s the voice that has taken truck loads of criticisms graciously but now he’s saying “I’m back..and I’m back big time.”

  18. JenniLee Says:

I can hear Randy saying, “Bo Bice is back, America!” This music is going to definitely wake up all the critics and the people who think he has dropped off the face of the earth. I can’t wait to hear the reviews. From the positive comments we have read so far from people who have just listened to the samples on Bo’s My Space, I know the response is going to be great.

  19. lynne Says:

I love Bo’s new music, but I love, love, love “Hold On To Me” and “Remember Me” and well most of TRT.

As far as the phrase “sreading it thin girl”, I think that may be a Bo euphemism for sharing her love a bit too freely.

This CD seems as though it is going to be a middle ground to Purge and TRT-just right!
