Preach it, brother!

From all accounts, last night’s show in San Bernardino was a barn-burner. Apparently Bo Bice rocks, y’all. I only got to listen in over the phone, but sometime between Whipping Post and Witness, a puddle of blues, funk, and testosterone started forming on the speaker. Bo’s been playing with arrangements – there was a haunting falsetto ending to See The Light, and a new foot-stomping version of Good-Hearted Woman. And maybe the biggest treat of all for longtime peeps, Thomas Lee sat in with the band.

No videos have surfaced yet, but the San Bernardino Press-Enterprise does have a lovely photo gallery up.

Makes my heart happy to see that shot of people I don’t recognize heading for the theater door! Cool! Thanks.
