Will Bo Appear on Idol?
According to today’s New York Times, the rumblings we’ve been hearing are true and Idol really does plan to feature past contestants. The article says:
The show also is likely to feature more past contestants this year, particularly during the results shows, inviting back former winners like Mr. Studdard, runners-up like Katharine McPhee and contestants who have made a splash in other fields, like the Oscar winner Jennifer Hudson.
Surely Bo would be an obvious choice as one of only 6 runners-up? But since Nigel drops his name at every turn and yet didn’t mention him here, I’m not going to let myself get too excited just yet.
I am, however, offering sacrifices so anyone with a child or in-law to spare, just let me know.

Meeh, meeh! [raises hand and points to direction where a relative lives] I so want this to happen and let the world watch the one, the only Bo Bice. I’d love to see Phillip, Tommy and Luis as well as Miles if he’s still playing with them. I’d offer more relatives if he’ll play I’m Gone.

I have a SIL that I would GLADLY sacrific. I mean… I’ll miss her but it will be worth it. Heh….

I’d love to see Bo on this. But what I would really like to see are some of the contestants who made the top 12 but maybe aren’t quite household names. People like Lindsay Cardinale or some of the Season 1 people.
It might be nice to see some top 24 people too.

I really hope that Bo will get to perform with his full band. I’m Gone would be great but American Blood could really blow people’s minds.

Botime, I so agree. I want people to hear that song so bad that I can taste it.
